Kannapolis City Schools will offer its free summer lunch program at three locations throughout Kannapolis beginning Monday, June 18th.

 

The summer lunch sites will provide a free meal to anyone 18 years of age or younger (even children that do not attend Kannapolis City Schools). Adults 19 and older will be able to purchase meals on site. 

 

The three summer feeding sites will be located at A.L. Brown High School, G.W. Carver Elementary School, and the Kannapolis branch of the YMCA.  When:  

Monday, June 18 through Thursday, August 2 
(Mondays-Thursdays)

11:30 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.

Where:  

A.L. Brown High School
(415 East First Street)

G.W. Carver Elementary School Cafeteria
(525 East “C” Street)

Cannon Memorial YMCA 
(101 YMCA Drive)

Who:  

Free to anyone 18 years of age or younger

Adult Meals (Age 19 and older): Available for sale 
*Do not have to live in Kannapolis or attend KCS to be eligible.

Time:  

Lunch will be served 11:30 am- 1:00 pm Each Monday through Thursday  
(Closed Fridays and July 4th)
