The theme for this year’s Young Authors’ project was “Show Your Strength.” Students could submit poetry, prose, fiction or non-fiction entries. The NC Young Authors contest is open to all public and private school students and adults in North Carolina.

This year’s winners were recognized during a special presentation in Raleigh on March 17th. The competition is sponsored by the North Carolina Reading Association.
