Not Attaching to the Network?
  • Did you change your password recently?
    • If so, you will need to use a cable to update your password on the network (you will not be able to log-in wirelessly without this!)
  • Make sure the network cable is securely plugged into both the computer and the network jack (looks like a bloated phone jack)
  • Restart the computer
  • Look for a small green light to flicker on the back of the computer next to the network cable as the computer is rebooting.
  • Use your Network ID and password to log-in to the network when the Log-in screen is displayed.
  • If still unsuccessful, contact your school technology facilitator to submit a technical work order.
