Graduated from Alleghany High School in 1992
Received Bachelors degree from Appalachian State University in Physical Education with concentration in History 1996.
Received Masters of School Administration from Western Carolina in 2010.
Permanent Substitute at Alleghany High School Spring 1997.
Strength and Conditioning at Richmond Senior High 1997-2002.
Strength and Conditioning, World Cultures, Lifetime Sports, and Healthful Living at A.L. Brown 2002-present.

Have coached football, softball, JV Men's basketball, and Head Men's Track coach throughout career.
